Project and Team Manager works great for small/medium teams of contractors and remote workers.

It's main function is time and progress tracking, with everything within a couple of clicks. At the same time it doesn't try to replace your traditional ways of communicating with your team - email, phone, instant messenger, meeting, etc, but serves as a central online location for synchronizing your team work.

	Friendly interface Intuitive folders/files type hierarchy, smart filters with everything within a click or two.
	Email notifications
	Flexibility You can create single tasks outside the project, or you can add somebody to a task within the project, without adding them to the whole project - it's easy. Have too many tasks - you can start using groups, but you don't have to. We don't force PTManager's features, but make them optional and available.
	Sophisticated reports There are 3 different reports you can generate at any time - to sum the time spent by workers, to get a bigger picture about a project or all of them together.
	Categorized search Search through projects, tasks, notes and files.
	Attachments support You can attach files to projects and tasks
	Grouping support Projects can be organized by groups.
	Security levels Simple security model with administrator and simple level of access, plus the support of hidden projects. Combined with tasks and projects teams, it achieves the flexibility you may need.
	“Birds-eye” view at any level No need to dig into projects or tasks all the way down to see what's new - use the top level notes and files tabs to see the collected info.
